Resale Certificates
Truck To Trailer LLC is required to charge sales tax in some states. If you provide your state resale certificate, we can waive the tax on any online orders you place with your account. You will be responsible for reporting any sales tax to the appropriate agencies.

We ship Monday - Friday till 6:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

SMALL PACKAGE SAVER:
3 to 7 business days*This method is only available for products under 10 pounds. The majority of products that qualify for FREE SHIPPING, will ship this method
GROUND:
1 to 6 business days*Our house carrier is UPS and the majority of packages will ship this way. Occasionally packages may ship Fedex.
SECOND DAY AIR:

NEXT DAY AIR:

CANADA:
1-6 business days*Transit time can vary due to border customs and carrier may use contact number requiring further information.
LARGE PACKAGE RATE:
3-5 business days*For residential deliveries the carrier may use contact number to schedule delivery.
Will Call, Customer Pick Up: This option is available to all customers, but must be requested over the phone. There is no shipping or handling charges for choosing

All customers picking up in person regardless of bill to location, will be required to pay North Carolina sales tax unless tax exemption papers are provided. your item weighs when it ships from our warehouse to your location.
Return
You will have the option to return the part you purchased to us within 30-days after you have received it to receive a full refund! Please contact us before sending any items that you have purchased from us. In most cases, you will be provided a free return label through USPS. All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item is specifically otherwise listed, and all of our products will be properly listed via brand and manufacturer part number. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number. Above all else, we desire 100% customer satisfaction, so please work with us if anything needs our attention. If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Note
1. Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt
2. Shipping charges are not refundable
3. All returns must have a valid RA number given to you by our customer service department
4. All returns must be in new condition, uninstalled, and undamaged
5. All returns must be in the same boxes and packaging and must be in saleable condition
6. Products that have been installed or modified will not be accepted Some products will be deemed “non-refundable” - you will be notified and required to authorize non-refundable orders before your order is placed in the processing
7.Special Order items and electronics are Non-refundable Restocking Fee: Truck To Trailer has a 20% restocking fee that is applicable on every sale.
Return Process
Truck To Trailer has simplified the return process:
1. Contact your sales representative for a Return Authorization Number (RA)
2. Ship your return to our facility
3. Receive a credit within 48 hours of Truck To Trailer receiving and inspecting your return
