Will Call, Customer Pick Up: This option is available to all customers, but must be requested over the phone. There is no shipping or handling charges for choosing Will Call: All customers picking up in person regardless of bill to location, will be required to pay North Carolina sales tax unless tax exemption papers are provided. your item weighs when it ships from our warehouse to your location.

Return You will have the option to return the part you purchased to us within 30-days after you have received it to receive a full refund! Please contact us before sending any items that you have purchased from us. In most cases, you will be provided a free return label through USPS. All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item is specifically otherwise listed, and all of our products will be properly listed via brand and manufacturer part number. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number. Above all else, we desire 100% customer satisfaction, so please work with us if anything needs our attention. 2. Ship your return to our facility
3. Receive a credit within 48 hours of Truck To Trailer  receiving and inspecting your return
