Returning Goods Policy
Our Truck to Trailer team is committed to ensuring that customers are satisfied with our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item within 30 days of receiving your package. (including 15% restocking fee), depending on the condition of the item. Anything that happens after 30 days is covered by a one-year product warranty, read more about our warranty below.
In the event an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, Truck to Trailer will work diligently to resolve the issue. Follow our Return Procedure to easily handle all returns.
Damaged parts on the road
“Truck to Trailer" uses UPS, FedEx and USPS and they all perform well, however, in the event a package appears damaged during shipping, please contact us to get the replacement process started.
-An item can be returned if you have not used it.
-If you have a receipt or any other document that confirms your purchase from us.
-The item can be returned if you haven't damaged it.
The product must have its own complete set, namely: a tag, a label, documents, a factory box, a sticker, a company inscription on the box.
